June 27 Alan Taylor - Problems of Identity. The basic theme of the talk will be how we can tell that various references found are to the same individual, or not as the case may be. This is a frequent problem that most researchers will have encountered and the audience will be invited to contribute their own experiences or difficulties.

July 25 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

If time allows, Mrs June Spong will give her talk about "The Workhouse".

Sept 26 Michael Gandy - Country Poor and Town Poor. We are pleased to welcome Michael Gandy back to Farnham. He will need no introduction to most Society members as he is a former chairman of the Society of Genealogists, edits their magazine and writes regularly for Practical Family History magazine, as well as being a brilliant and informative speaker. The title of this talk is self-explanatory.
